First Step
Pattern Creation
This step is one of the most crucial to ensure precise dimensions down to the tenth of a millimeter. The pattern is created in a way that ensures the object's strength and longevity. Months of preparation and testing are necessary before we can proudly offer you new designs.
Second Step
Leather Cutting
To ensure impeccable assembly and perfect alignment, this step is carried out by hand, guided by the pattern and a surgical cut, to achieve an unparalleled result.
third Step
Assembly
This is a delicate operation in which each element is precisely assembled and then hand-stitched using a backstitch technique. The backstitch is obviously a method that requires a lot of time and skill compared to traditional machine stitching. However, this method allows the stitching to maintain its integrity and durability throughout the life of the object.

Dyeing and Finishing
Each piece is embellished using an electric edger to ensure a flawless finish. Dyeing is applied last to complete the product. This step can require several hours to achieve a glossy finish.

Quality Control
Quality control is first carried out by the craftsman throughout the manufacturing process. To ensure excellence, each piece is thoroughly examined to detect any imperfections. If any are found, the piece is either sent back to correct the imperfection or remade directly.
